Yes you're right...I've changed bits and pieces of my blog design.
Again.
Simplicity is always my aim and a lot of peripheral stuff on my own blog distresses me no end. Don't laugh it's true!
The fact I have an ancient qualification in Showcard and Ticketwriting (a form of signwriting/calligraphy using nibs, inks, sable brushes and paint before computer graphics came on the scene) causes me to be rather picky about my layout hence I'm never happy.
I get bored very quickly and like change. Will this layout stay?
Well I've said it before and I'll say it again...
Probably not!
Do you get bored with your blog colours, themes, layouts and want to change them up constantly or am I on my lonesome?
Annie xx
Hi Annie, Love the new colours etc! I am always changing everything and anything, I am the same. I am always changing my house decor, style of dressing, hair, make-up, children's and husband clothes, (they are all male so I drive them crazy!) I have already changed my blog name and I've only really been properly blogging for 4 months so I don't think there is anything wrong with constantly evolving. We don't self-develop and grow without change, I don't think. hope you have a lovely weekend. Mx
ReplyDeleteYou both sound exactly like me! I change everything all the time! Even houses hahaha
ReplyDeleteI'm wanting a change but it's hard to get a background that's all one image, not 100 of them joined together. It takes soo long and I haven't even been bothered to do posts.
ReplyDeleteTDM xx
Hi Annie, definitely endorse the new teal colour - looks good with a fuchsia colour penta flower! I do like change, and forever play around with the house and the wardrobe/scarves/jewellery etc. Not so good with the blog, but that is because I am So Untechno, it is scary. Been thinking of a change of background colour though. Maybe I'll try this weekend when clever IT son will be here! xx
ReplyDeleteI like it! I make a few subtle changes now and again, but I'm a bit wary of getting too adventurous in case I accidentally delete the whole thing!
ReplyDeleteSeems I'm not the only blogger who likes to experiment, if nothing else we have some creative fun along the way.
ReplyDeletePatricia I surprised myself when I settled on the teal shade (for now lol).
Sulky I remember one day I was fooling around with my layout and thought I'd lost the lot. Gee I got a fright!
V. nice Annie - I like this colour. Patricia says its teal, on my elderly laptop it looks like a cool blue/grey, but I think I'm a few pixels short of a picnic! Like Sulky, I'm a bit nervous of changing my thing about although I should - it is awful - praps I'll make it a project for my daughter! Have a great weekend. xxx
ReplyDeleteI love your new look. You are very brave! I would like to change mine sometimes..but as i hve done that a couple of times. I lost my blog.. but i might just have a bash.. dont know when.
ReplyDeletehappy weekend Annie, thanks for your comments on my posts..
xx hugs val
We are beginning a makeover as we speak. We are really really tired of ours! You sound like us both, easily bored and needing change, especially when it comes to our homes. I think yours is lovely and I like the colors. The beauty about change is that we can!!! So enjoy it for now and then change again if you want. I love that freedom, don't you?
